2021 was a great year.
I was lucky enough to deliver 51 speeches across the US and Canada reaching almost 10,000 people. I spoke for some big name clients, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Pfizer, Skillsoft. I also participated in some exciting conferences like The ATD International Conference & EXPO and the ENGAGE: 2021 IASB Convention.
My new book, The Power of Pressure: Why Pressure Isn’t The Problem, It’s The Solution was named to several “best of” lists including Leadership Now, 15-Minute Business Books, and RBC CEO Dave McKay’s personal list.
And I had the pleasure of making dozens of media appearances – including 3 live TV interviews, 3 articles contributed to HBR, interviews for publications like The Wall Street Journal and MarketWatch, and dozens of podcasts.
On top of it all, I got some great feedback from audience members who say my content has made a real difference in their lives.
